1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Anyble, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Anyble is a peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling second-hand goods. We are a platform only — we are not a party to any transaction between users.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your credentials
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

4. Listings

When posting a listing, you confirm that:

• You have the right to sell the item
• The item is accurately described
• Photos genuinely represent the item
• The item is legal to sell in your jurisdiction

5. Prohibited Activities

• Selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
• Harassment or threats to other users
• Spam or unsolicited messages
• Unauthorized access to our systems

6. Transactions

All transactions are directly between buyers and sellers. Anyble does not process payments, guarantee transactions, or mediate disputes. Meet in safe public places and inspect items before payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Anyble is not liable for any loss arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed any fees paid to us in the past 12 months.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the app or via this page. Deletion is permanent.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Anyble after changes constitutes acceptance.
